The objective for this campaign was to create three pieces of print advertising for WD-40 that captured the theme of "Solutions 2 Move". My thought was to play on the idea of if it works, it's like you never needed it in the first place. Or in other words, if you have WD-40, you will always be in motion.
In my art, you can see three vehicles of transportation: a boat, plane, and car. I wanted to keep the ad as simple as possible. Therefore, I included only four elements: the vehicle, the aftermath, the basic environment, and the tagline. I chose to use photographs instead of creating illustrations to give it a more realistic feeling. This was necessary because people need to understand how WD-40 fits into their daily lives. Lastly, the tagline "Moving, as it should", emphasizes that vehicles are meant to be in motion.
